About Me
Ryan Mendez is the founder of Streetball.com. Mr. Streetball holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University, where he captained the Men’s Basketball Team, won three consecutive Pac-10 basketball championships and played in the NCAA Final Four. Stanford was 44-4 when Ryan was in the starting lineup.
After graduating from Stanford, Ryan played professional basketball in Australia and Spain. From 2004-2006, Ryan was an Associate with Arbor Advisors, a boutique investment bank located in Palo Alto, California. Ryan was responsible for sourcing, managing and executing private placements and M&A transactions for numerous software and hardware clients. He successfully sourced, advised and closed transactions for Ecometry Corporation, Lynx Medical Systems, Deals.com, Cooligy, Manage.com and Healthcare.com.
